Description:
The OBSTA Power
Line Marker Sphere is compliant with
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) recommendations. The spheres are used for daytime marking of cables between towers. Characteristics:
◙ Reinforced
with fiberglass.
◙ Diameter:
23.62 in (600 mm).
◙ Material:
Polyamide.
◙ Weight:
15.21 lbs (6.90 kg).
◙
Color: Orange, aviation red (according to ICAO and FAA specifications),
white, or dual-colored.
◙
Clamps are made of aluminum and adapted to the diameter of cable from
0.36 in (9.3 mm) up to 2.15 in (54.8 mm).
◙
Armor rods are available for aluminum cable and optical ground wire.
