For example, the new IDM 8200 Sequential Flash Light System is a direct line providing individual lamp monitoring without the need od capacitors in the flash light units, nor control cabling between the units. Upgrading and additions are at your fingertips, including excellent interface possibilities. All data and parameters can be viewed and set from a multifunction display. The power cables are between units, that way there is no control cables. No high voltage capacitors insure a safer system with less EMI/RFI than comparable equipment.

Obstruction Lighting:

New to the obstruction lighting line, the IDM 1103 Medium Intensity LED Obstruction Light has a long lifetime with very low power consumption. With resistance to shock and vibration, airfields everywhere can benefit from this new maintenance free solution to obstruction lighting. Available in flashing red light or steady red light, it is easy to install and
extremely reliable.

Inset Light Series:

Philips Idman's Inset Light Series have been designed to meet the most demanding requirements for airfield lighting. Advantages of these products are taxiway and runway maintenance, low construction, and premium photometric performance.

Spare part stocks can be kept at a minimum and models can easily be converted if necessary. Style 3 Inset Series includes IDM 4661 Touch Down Zone Lights, IDM 4562 Runway Center Line Lights, and IDM 5672 Taxiway Center Line Lights.

Constant Current Regulators:

State-of-the-art Constant Current Regulators by Philips Idman are specially designed for feeding and monitoring airfield lighting series circuits.

Advantages of the IDM 8000 and the IDM 7000 are reliable and accurate in regulation and monitoring functions. Thus making it easy for user interface via graphical multi-function display and excellent interfacing possibilities with control systems that are user friendly. These space saving "slim line" mechanical design regulators with plug-in printed circuit boards make maintenance an easy operation from the front of the unit. The upgrading possibilities are outstanding.

Philips Idman's modular and flexible airfield lighting remote control and monitoring systems are top-of-the-line PLC/PC based with conventional push-button panels or touch screen monitors. Serial control system IDM 7600 features easy, intuitive, multi-lingual user interfaces, modular SW and HW design, and redundant CPU and network configurations via fiber optic communication links.
